revisions, cancellations & refunds

  • All orders are considered final once they have been placed. Please make sure ALL details are correct before checking out on our website.
  • Minor revisions may still be accommodated (subject to approval) beyond 7 days from the selected pick-up date with an Admin Fee of ₱300. If the request is sent within 7 days from the selected pick-up date, we can no longer accommodate ANY minor revisions to your order.

*Minor revisions may be categorized as the following:

      • Dedication
      • Font style
      • Shape
      • Flavor
      • Color scheme (for Signature cakes only)
      • Add-ons (candles, sprinkles, etc)
  • However, please take note that NO major design changes or switches (overall style or design category) may be made at any point once you place your order.
  • FOR CUSTOM CAKES:
    • Minor revisions can be discussed and implemented to the final sketch at no extra charge.
    • Major changes for details that the customer did not specify prior to quotation approval / major changes in design direction once the final sketch has been sent will be subject to a redesign fee of ₱500. This is because we put a lot of time, effort, and care into designing an original custom cake just for you.
  • Change of date is subject to approval and availability. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request because it depends on availability of slots. If your Change of Date request is approved, you will need to settle a Php 500 rebooking fee.
  • Cancellation and refunds are not accepted for ANY reason. Any payment or downpayment is considered forfeited and non-refundable.

  • Dear Bonbon reserves the right to refuse and reject orders from those who have had a history of cancellations and joy reservations.
