what makes ours special?

  • the outside is is a mochi-style BROWNIE - it's a lot of extra work but it also means extra fudge, extra richness, and extra yum
  • we make our own pistachio spread in-house! no artificial flavorings, just pure full bodied pistachio goodness
  • kataifi stays crunchy for DAYSSS. how? there is no cream in our pistachio spread which tends to make the kataifi pastry soggy over time and also dilutes the flavor
  • we use a premium European dutch cocoa powder to coat them - perfectly rich, and dark to balance out the flavors
